- AI-generated answers may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information
- The Service is not a substitute for consultation with your union representative, shop steward, or qualified labor attorney

6. Flight Data and Third-Party Information
Live flight status data is sourced from AeroDataBox and other third-party providers. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight data. Do not rely on Crew Assist for safety-critical flight decisions. Always use official airline systems, ATC communications, and approved sources for operational information.
7. Google Calendar Integration
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, you grant Crew Assist read-only access to calendar event data for the sole purpose of identifying and importing your flight schedule. We do not modify, delete, or share your Google Calendar data. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. User-Submitted Content and Crew Matching
By entering schedule, trip, layover, hotel, activity, or flight information into Crew Assist, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that information to other Crew Assist users for the purpose of crew connection matching. This means other users on the same flight or at the same layover location may see your name, airline, base, and overlapping schedule dates.
You understand and agree that:
- Schedule and layover data you enter may be shown to other verified Crew Assist users whose trips overlap with yours
- Hotel, activity, and itinerary details you voluntarily add may be visible to matched crew members
- Your name, airline, and crew base will be displayed to other users when a crew match is found
- Flight information including flight numbers, routes, and dates may be shared with matched users and their designated schedule viewers
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for only submitting information you have the right to share
You can control what you share by removing trips, opting out of crew matching, or deleting your account at any time. We do not share your email address, phone number, or account credentials with other users.
9. Schedule Sharing with External Contacts
The Service allows you to share your trip schedule with designated contacts (such as family members) via a private link. You are solely responsible for who you share your schedule with.
