CREW ASSIST — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Crew Assist, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.

2. Service Description

Crew Assist is an AI-powered reference tool designed to help airline crew professionals understand their collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) and employment contracts. It is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Legal or Union Advice

Crew Assist does not provide legal advice, union representation, or official guidance of any kind. AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You must always verify any information with your official contract documents, your union representative, or your company's HR or labor relations department before taking any action. Do not rely solely on Crew Assist when making employment-related decisions.

4. No Affiliation

Crew Assist is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA), the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), or any other union or employer organization.

5. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a current or former airline industry professional to use this service. By signing up, you represent that you meet these requirements.

6. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use Crew Assist for any unlawful purpose; (b) present AI-generated responses as official legal, union, or contractual guidance to others; (c) attempt to circumvent security features or gain unauthorized access; (d) upload or transmit malicious code; or (e) use the service in any way that could harm other users or the integrity of the service.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect your email address and professional profile information (airline, role, base, hire date, and schedule status) solely to provide and personalize the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only to improve your experience with Crew Assist.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Crew Assist is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crew Assist and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the service, including any reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
